Party Fees, Packages & Student Discount

Contact Robokids for more details about our party packages and booking for pro-D days or Sunday. All fees are subject to tax. Current Robokids students are eligible for a 20% discount on selected parties. Full payment is due at the time of booking:

You MUST provide an adult helper (e.g. taking pictures, time reminder, contacting other parents if needed)

Please inform us if you plan to invite kids with special needs. We will try our best to accommodate the need.

A $200 security deposit is required in advance. You are responsible for intentional damage to robots and property caused by your guests.

The maximum overtime is 30 minutes and is subject to a surcharge of $50

Fees & Liability InsuranceOur party fees do not include invitations, fancy decorations, cake or goody bags. All party attendees are covered by liability insurance from Intact for a one-time visit to Robokids. Please obtain and return all photo release forms to our office.

Party FAQ

If I pay for a value package and fewer kids show up, can I get a partial refund? Sorry, no. However, if you inform us one week in advance that you would like to change to a basic party, we’ll change our plans accordingly and you will only be charged for the smaller party.

How do you deliver the photos taken at the party? Robokids uploads all photos taken at your party to a public media sharing site for your downloading convenience. We require photo releases from attendees, enabling us to provide those photos to you. Since many parents may not attend the party, please obtain their signed release forms beforehand.

I have booked a birthday party. What do I do next? Please start sending out invitations with photo release forms. Call Robokids if you have any questions.

How early can I arrive at the centre to set up for my party? You may arrive 15 minutes before the start of your party.

Am I allowed to bring my own decorations and food? Yes, please bring any food and decorations that you would like in addition to those provided in your Robokids party package. Unfortunately, we do not have a fridge, freezer, and microwave available for use.

Can I customize my party by adding additional time or activities? Robokids only offers our standard party package.

What if I have to cancel my Robokids party? Parties cancelled more than 2 weeks before the party date are refundable minus a $50 cancellation fee. Parties cancelled two weeks or less before the party date are non-refundable.

We offers a wide variety of age-appropriate parties at our locations in BC. Robokids parties are planned events designed to be 120 minutes long, including an activity, party and present time, and cleanup. Even 7-year-olds can write programs with LEGO® robotics after half an hour with us!
